Read this before sending your first request.
- All requests go by email so there is a written record of who asked for what and when.
- Fill in your full name and house number (Wing + Floor + House No.). Committee uses these to confirm you're a genuine resident.
- Pick a category and write a short description of the issue.
- Tap “Send Request by Mail”. Your email app opens with the subject and body already filled in.
- Press Send in your email app. Committee replies on the same email thread.
- CCTV / camera footage — mail at least 24 hours in advance.
